With Camileon Heels, returning or exchanging your purchase is easy … and it’s FREE, anywhere in the continental United States! Any item in new, unused condition and in its original box may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase at no cost.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange at no cost to you. Please choose from the following options below according to what best meets your needs:

• You can return your purchase for up to 2 weeks (14 days) from the purchase date. All returns must show no visible signs of wear or tear and still be in their original box. To begin the return process, simply email us at onlineorders@camileonheels.com indicating your order number and desire to return your shoes and we will follow-up via email with return instructions to help expedite this process.
• If you choose to exchange your merchandise, email us at onlineorders@camileonheels.com and please indicate the new size, or you want to exchange for. We will follow-up via email with instructions to help expedite the exchange process.
  
  We will provide FREE shipping for the new items. Camileon Heels offers free return shipping one time only per purchase or exchange. Any additional exchanges beyond the first-time exchange will incur shipping costs.
  
  
• If you received merchandise that was different from what you ordered, please contact onlineorders@camileonheels.com for return instructions.
  
  
• Upon receipt of any return, we will credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit cared used to make your purchase. Once FedEx shows that we received your return package, allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be issued.
  
  
• Please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you requested an exchange. We will send you an order confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is placed. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.
