Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed.  Feel free to contact us via email at onlineorders@camileonheels.comto check on the status of your order.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact our Customer Care Department immediately if you need to change your order at info@camileonheels.com.  Please be advised that some orders are shipped shortly after your order was placed and it will not always be possible to make changes.
